Identify those persons who may alter the main parachute of a single harness dual parachute pack.
1. The manufacturer.
2. The owner of the parachute.
3. A senior parachute rigger.
4. A master parachute rigger.
5. A person holding an appropriate military rating.
6. Any other manufacturer that the Administrator considers to be competent.
