When packing the main parachute of a dual parachute pack to be used for intentional jumping, a certificated parachute rigger
| | A) must have performed duties under his/her certificate for at least 90 days within the preceding 12 months. |
| | B) shall keep a record of each parachute packed for at least 2 years. |
| * | C) need not comply with the facilities, equipment, performance standards, records, and seal requirements of FAR Part 65. |
