To exercise the privileges of a commercial pilot certificate with a lighter-than-air category, balloon class rating, the minimum medical requirement is:
| | A) have no known medical condition that would make you unable to operate the aircraft safely. |
| | B) signed statement certifying you have no known medical deficiencies that would hinder you while flying the aircraft. |
| | C) second class medical certificate when carrying passengers for hire. |
