Conviction of an offense involving alcohol or drugs is grounds for
| | A) denial of an application for any certificate or rating issued under FAR Part 61 for a period of up to 24 months after date of conviction. |
| * | B) suspension or revocation of any certificate or rating issued under FAR Part 61. |
| | C) permanent revocation of all certificates and ratings. |
