A person whose Flight Instructor Certificate has been suspended may not
| | A) apply for any Flight Instructor Certificate for a period of 1 year after the date of the suspension. |
| * | B) apply for any rating to be added to that certificate during the period of suspension. |
| | C) give flight training, but may apply for a rating to be added to that certificate. |
