To be eligible for a flight engineer certificate without any limitations, a person must
| | A) be able to read, speak, and understand the English language. |
| | B) pass the written and practical tests for turbojet, turbopropeller, and reciprocating airplane. |
| | C) hold either a commercial pilot certificate with an instrument rating or hold a mechanic certificate. |
