In conducting Land and Hold Short Operations (LAHSO), the pilot should have readily available:
A) the landing performance of the aircraft, published Available Landing Distance (ALD) for all LASHO combinations at the airport of intended landing, plus the forecast winds.
B) the published Available Landing Distance (ALD), landing performance of the aircraft, and slope of all LAHSO combinations at the destination airport.
C) the published runway length and slope for all LAHSO combinations at the airport of intended landing.
