If carry-on baggage or cargo is carried in the passenger compartment, it must be
| | A) so located that it does not obstruct the access to, or the use of, any required emergency or regular exit. |
| | B) placed in an approved rack, bin, or compartment installed in the aircraft. |
| | C) stowed ahead of the foremost seated passengers and secured by approved means. |
