On all aircraft equipped with retractable landing gear, some means must be provided to
| | A) retract and extend the landing gear if the normal operating mechanism fails. |
| | B) prevent the throttle from being reduced below a safe power setting while the landing gear is retracted. |
| | C) extend the landing gear if the normal operating mechanism fails. |
